Should you wish to return your item for an exchange or refund, please return it to us at the address below within 28 days, along with your delivery note as proof of purchase. A refund or exchange will be given provided the item is unused & unworn, in the original packaging with the labels on and in a resalable condition. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase. Refunds or exchanges cannot be given if the item is returned to us without the delivery note.

We would recommend returning your item to us either recorded delivery or signed for with a tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for returned items that get lost in the post. Return postage costs cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on personalised items such as photo albums and keepsake boxes.

If your item is faulty, we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please contact us on the below email address, telling us what the problem is and we will offer you a refund/exchange/replacement. We will also re-imburse the postage costs of returning your faulty item.
